1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to Finland and selected European countries. At the moment, we deliver to the following countries:

• Netherlands
• Belgium
• Italy
• Spain

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination country.

Country, Estimated Delivery Time, and Carrier

Finland: 2–5 business days, Posti
Other selected EU countries: 3–10 business days, PostNord, DHL

Please note that the production of some of our handmade items may require additional time, which may result in longer delivery times. Detailed information is provided in each product's description.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or due to force majeure.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment confirmation. Prices are based on the order's weight, quantity, and delivery address.

Examples:
• Finland: starting from €7.50.
• The EU countries we currently ship to: starting from €15.00.

Free shipping within mainland Finland on orders over €100.

4. Return Policy

Customers have the right to return any product purchased from the online store within 14 days, except for items that have been custom-made to suit the specific requirements of the customer. Such items are non-returnable, as they cannot be resold.

Returned products must be:
• Unused and in their original packaging
• In a resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or damaged.

We do not charge a restocking fee, but we reserve the right to deduct a depreciation amount if the product shows clear signs of use.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days. We will replace the product at no additional cost or, alternatively, offer a refund.

6. Unclaimed Shipments

For unclaimed shipments that are returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a €20 handling fee from the refunded amount.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please keep this email for future reference.
